apartment has its own parking space. The building has its own water reservoir,
so guests are not affected by any possible lack of water in the water supply
system.

apartment boasts a fantastic view of the Riviera of Budva. There is a sea view
from every window.
The living room has a folding sofa and the bedroom is furnished with a twin bed.
This provides sleeping space for a total of four individuals.

The prices are in Euros for the
whole apartment.
PAYMENT TERMS:
An
advance payment in an amount of 30% of the whole price has to be paid,
on our bank account, for
the reservation. When you contact us we will send you the instructions.
The rest of the whole price have to be paid at the moment of Your arrival in the
apartment.
The guest who make the reservation is committed to confirm the correct number of
persons which will stay in the apartment.
In the price of the Apartment is the residence tax of 1.5ˆ a person a day not
included. The tax for your whole vacation you have to pay on the day of your
arrival.
